The yearly Panaad Festival of Negros will have it’s opening this coming March 20, 2010 with the theme, “United in One Festival, One Negros Occidental.”

This summer, the Panaad sa Negros 2010 is all set to give a fun filled list of events for the negrosanon to enjoy.  Every town, cities and municipalities of Negros Occidental will be showing off its best to promote what they have: products, places and culture.

It’s the fifth year of the Bacolaodiat Festival and again Bacolodnons will celebrate the Year of the Tiger with a big roar.

This year’s Bacolaodiat Festival will be another celebration of the joint Filipino and Chinese culture. It has been an event where the Chinese community of Bacolod would prepare various presentation and share their cultural practices.
