Pacquiao wins over De la hoya
In Bacolod city, the people paused for 3 hours to watch the much awaited game the “Dream Match” between Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and Oscar “The golden boy” De la hoya. Two weeks before the fight night, analyst says that there’s a great mismatch between the height and reach advantage that Pacquiao will no way win the fight.
However yesterday, Pacquiao beats the odd. He won the fight.
Bacolodnon from all walks of life stop their daily routine to watch their idol fight on the ring beating and punching the much taller De la hoya. There were cheering, dancing, all over the Negros Island. In homes, movie theater, malls, gym, and plaza. All were celebrating the victory of what we consider our Philippine hero.
Speaking of Hero, Is Manny Pacquiao really considered a hero? I think yes, report yesterday from Bacolod Police precints that bacolod and most part of Negros were zero crime rate during the time when Manny fights on the ring. Isn’t it amazing?
Mabuhay ka Manny!
