An exciting phenomena is going to happen tonight a lunar eclipse and a meteor shower. According to the PAGASA director Prisco Nilo, a partial lunar eclipse will start to take place at 6:16pm and the peak will be seen at 7:38pm the eclipse is expected to end at 10:21pm. Finally the Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. release the brown out schedule, preparing ourselves to prioritize our task as an employee, businessman, and so on. CENECO plans to have the schedule to be a weekly basis, their explanation was for fairness on other consumers who fall on the peak hours of the day. The said brownout will still continue till June 23 of this year (oh my!) this is due to the preventive maintenance of Tongonan Geothermal Power Plant Unit 1.
