Its mission is to create and facilitate the development of appropriate technologies in the production of organic foods. This was met by producing a number of organic products, such as organic coffee, organic rice, organic vegetables, organic tropical fruits and the like.

At Fresh Start, their Organic Rice specialty has 5 varieties. Namely Brown Rice, Red Rice, Black Rice, White Rice and Glutinous Rice.

Fresh Start Organics’ also produce organic tropical fruits. They have Rambutan, Papaya, Pineapple and Cardave Bananas. These are nurtured and cultivated in their organic farms only to bring the delicious and freshest tastes of tropical fruits.

Aside from these, they also have organic herbs, allowing you to spice-up your meals; organic vegetables such as cucumber, carrots, salad tomatoes, kitchen tomatoes, bitter gourd, eggplant, squash, pechay, bell pepper and okra; and organic salad greens which is composed of three varieties of lettuce: iceberg, romaine and lollo rosa.

They have two farms. One is situated in Hacienda Maquina, Silay City and one in Salvacion Pioneer, Brgy. Lopez Jaena Sagay City. The Fresh Start Organic Foods Store is located at Robinsons Place, Bacolod.
