Bignay wine has a rich, fruity flavor and aroma.  It has 13 percent alcohol content achieved through natural fermentation. Federico has perfected this process.

Federico’s Island Wine is owned by Federico Barredo, a local of Victoria’s City Negros Occidental.  He produced not only Bignay wines but also Duhat and Pineapple flavored Wine.  Locally, Federico’s Island Wine is available at local pasalubong centers and Fresh Start Organic Stores at an affordable price.
