Robinson Cruse Resort, Sipalay City

Sipalay is one of the best places for vacation where beautiful white sand beaches lined up. and one of them is the Robinson Cruse resort.
Robinson Cruse resort is located at Punta Ballo Beach Sipalay a four (4) hour drive from Bacolod, the capital city of Negros Occidental.
Amenities
The resort has alot of amenities to look into:

The pool – located in between the cottage and the dining area. Good for family or friends who wanna enjoy and relax while waiting for the tide to rise (during low tide the shoreline moves few feet away makes your trip to the sea waters a bit longer).
The pool is divided into two section, first section has a depth of 1 meter and the other is 3 meters.
Scuba diving – For those who wanna learn how to scuba, Robinson cruse also offers classes. For starters, the pool is the
training ground and at the end of the class the student will then learn to swim on one of the best diving spot.

Rooms – The rooms are pretty good, clean and has class. It has a hot and cold water supply and split type air conditions.
The rooms are categorized to the following: bungalow, big family, small family, and standard.
The Bungalow type is made of native bamboo has a small room with bed fit for a couple and it has its own small dining
table outside but this doesn’t come with air conditioned or electric fans. the bungalow room is located right in front of the pool.
The big family room has a concept of a house. It has two rooms, dining table, sala set, bathroom and garden. The big
family room is located at the back of the resort.
The small family room is good for 6 persons. It has two queen size beds and two additional bedding’s, it has bathroom and small sala.
The standard room – there are five (5) standard rooms also located in front of the pool. The rooms are tiled, split type
air condition, each comes with a two (2) single bed and a little veranda.
The dining area – this is the place where good food is being served. It has “duyan” (hammock) on the sides relax while you wait for food.
Things to do at Robinson Cruse resort:

Beach volley – the resort has a beach volley court good for friends and family who wants to enjoy while burning those
fats out.

Snorkeling – This is so far the best thing to do. You don’t have to swim far away or ride a pump boat to be able to
see corals and school of fishes but by walking couple of steps you will be able to see corals, sea weeds, sea urchins,
sea slugs, school of fishes, star fish and much more. Just be careful with sea urchins though it will sting you and will
turn your vacation into a hell of pain.

Strolling – strolling along the beach and do a resort hopping. There’s a lot of neighboring resorts where you can just
drop by and check out the place.
We recommend this place for family vacation, friends or company outing. Also we want to point out that as of this writing there are no cellphone signals for all network providers (globe, smart, etc) but we have seen a cell site (tower)
that is being built so for sure we will have signals in the future. Secondly, there is no internet access inside the resort but some neighboring resort does have you can drop by and just pay for the internet service.
These are the only problems so far but not a problem at all if you don’t want to be bothered by phone calls or emails.
How to get there
Getting to Robinson cruse from Bacolod City on a public bus are as follows:
