Electric Ledge Masskara 2009

Expect that this year’s Electric Masskara will be a different one.

If you want to see a parade, unfortunately there will be none. However, starting this year, you will witness the first electric ledge dancing competition.

According to the festival director, Eli F.J. Tajanlangit, this will be a huge celebration where a larger crowd is expected. This time, people will be able to see dancers and of course their dance be appreciated properly.

Expect also that their will be more lighting effects because their was a revision on the rules that there will be more emphasis on lighting the dancers.

The ledge dancing competition will be on Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. where live band concerts and light shows will also be held.

Don’t worry if you stay on one corner only because the competing electric masskara dancers will rotate from stage to stage, where the judges will be positioned.

This year’s electric masskara will be sure a bright and more lighted event.
